Alexandra's background spans logistics, inventory operations, media services, client management, reporting systems, and internal tool development. She's helped organizations build operating systems from scratch, streamline workflows that were breaking under scale, create KPI visibility where none existed, and modernize businesses that were running entirely on memory and tribal knowledge.
